Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address indicated in your Order Confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your order by the estimated delivery date stated in your Order Confirmation, or if no date is stated, within 14 days after the date of the Order Confirmation (except in the case of pre-orders). Delivery within these timeframes is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by any circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, acts or war or terror, errors or omissions by third parties, errors or omissions by you, or the decreased availability of transportation services.
If you would like to cancel an order, return a product, or initiate a warranty claim, you will be subject to our return policy, warranty policy and applicable laws. More information about our return policy, warranty policy and shipping practices can be found on our Customer Service page on the ULAT Sites. These policies and practices are expressly incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Nothing in these Terms of Use affects your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Shipping FAQs
What methods of shipping do you offer?
We offer standard ground shipping. Please allow 1 to 2 business day for order processing and note that holidays are not included in the estimated delivery times.
Can I upgrade my shipping after my order has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we are not able to update or upgrade the shipping method chosen. If you have any concerns about an existing order, please fill out our contact form and provide your order number for reference. We will do our best to assist you with any concerns.
Do you offer express shipping?
We do offer the option to ship your package Express for an additional cost. Please note that our orders require 1 to 2 business day for processing which is not included in estimated delivery times. Express shipping is estimated to be 1-2 business days depending on which region you are shipping to. Please note that remote/distant regions may experience higher transit times.
I am not going to be home when my package is expected to arrive, what should I do?
Orders that do not require a signature may be left at your shipping address if you are not home. We suggest that if you will not be home and are concerned about your order’s delivery, to use your work address as the shipping address to ensure you receive your package.
My tracking information says delivered, but I have not received my order. What should I do?
Please check with your surrounding neighbours and/or landlord to ensure your order was not mistakenly picked up. If you are still unable to locate your shipment, please reach out to us via our contact form and we will be happy to assist you.
